Twitter Giveaway Picker

How it works

Not a spinning wheel and not a Twitter login. This Twitter giveaway picker takes the reply (or retweet) handles you already copied, strips @, optionally drops duplicates, hashes seed + list with cyrb53, and Fisher–Yates shuffles with mulberry32. Publish the seed; anyone can paste the same list and get the same winners.

1. Paste one @handle per line — Twitter/X replies, Instagram comments, or a review-event ID dump.
2. Set how many winners and a seed (live title + date works).
3. Draw. Copy a proof card with time, pool size, seed, hash, and @handles for a tweet or Story.

We do not scrape X. Export or copy the handles yourself, then draw here. Confetti fires once when winners appear. Browser-only.

FAQ

Is this a Twitter comment picker API?

No. You paste the list. That keeps the draw reproducible without handing us account access.

Cryptographic lottery?

No. It is a reproducible hash shuffle for ops transparency, not a CSPRNG.

Can I use it for Instagram or a shop review event?

Yes. The shuffle does not care where the IDs came from. Korean review-event lists work the same way.

Why not Math.random()?

Math.random() cannot be replayed. If someone disputes the draw, the seed + list + hash on the proof card is the receipt.
